When you join Unmasking: Finding Safety, Self, and Strength, you’ll get five focused modules designed specifically for autistic women, exploring how masking starts, why we do it, what it costs us, and how to slowly find your way back to yourself. You’ll also get practical tools like worksheets, journal prompts, and real-life examples to help you recognise masking habits and reconnect with your identity - without the fluff, drama, or pressure to “fix” yourself. It’s calm, honest, and created for women who are finally ready to ask: who am I, really? This course is pay-what-you-feel and I truly understand if that’s a little, or even nothing at all right now. But when you can contribute, it helps me carve out the time and resources to keep creating things like this for more women like us - neurodivergent, overwhelmed, and trying to find our way. If the world doesn’t give us the support we need, we’ll build it ourselves.
